Kathleen Jackson Ray, 96, died Saturday, July 22, 2017 at her home. She was born September 21, 1920, in Franklin County, to the late Walter and Selma Lee Jackson. She retired from Westinghouse Electric Corporation, and was a member of the Wake Union Baptist Church. Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Howard Ray.
Funeral services will be held 2 pm Tuesday, July 25, 2017 in the Chapel of Bright Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Harrison and Brother Ronald Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Forest Memorial Gardens.
Kathleen is survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to her caregivers.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm, prior to the service at Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 405 S. Main St., Wake Forest.
