Kenneth G. Thorne, 81, passed away on Sunday January 28, 2018. He was born in Wilson County the son of the late Lucille Ferrell Thorne and Leonard Thorne. He was a veteran of the U S Navy.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 1 o’clock Friday afternoon February 2, 2018 in the Bailey Town Cemetery.
Mr. Thorne is survived by his daughter; Lisa Mills of Raleigh a son; Ken Thorne and wife Robin of Roxboro, sisters; Barbara Thorne of Washington, DC, Cheryl Thorne of Rocky Mount and Brenda Thorne of Youngsville, grandchildren; Jennifer Pavlovich and husband Pete, Crystal Mills, Robert Mills and Bonita, 8 great grandchildren.
