Michael Anthony Soles

Michael Anthony Soles, Age 52 of Franklinton NC, passed away on March 30, 2022 after his long battle with cancer. Mike was born on March 11,1970 in Georgetown, SC.

Mike was in the graduating class of 1988 from Wake Forest Rolesville High School. Following high school graduation, Mike chose a career selling auto parts while also learning and mastering paint and body work. Mike continued to work on and paint cars until he couldn’t work anymore. In his spare time Mike loved listening to Bluegrass Music (especially Sunday evenings), going to dirt track races, and spending as many Saturday mornings as he could going to Cars and Coffee with his boys. If Mike wasn’t doing any of those things he was known to be watching NASCAR or The Dukes of Hazard on television. Mike was a loving father and absolutely adored his children, and had a ton of amazing family and friends in his life.

Surviving family members include his children, Heather Stout and husband Nicholaus, Michael Soles (Damien) and fiancé Gracie, Gregory Soles and girlfriend Michelle, and Austin Soles. Mike’s girlfriend Robin Owens, brothers, Thomas Soles and wife Debbie, Donnie Soles and wife Renne, Edward Soles (Peewee) and Randy Soles; sisters Barbara Soles Smith and husband James, and Debra Soles. He has two grandsons and several nephews and nieces.

He was proceeded in death by his dad, William Thomas Soles Sr. and mother Margaret Anne Soles (Murray).
