Richard David Cheshire

Richard David Cheshire, 74, died Sunday, October 1, 2017. He was born January 28, 1943, in Jacksonville, Florida, to the late Hood Cheshire and Flora Coates Cheshire. Richard was a US Army veteran and retired from the construction business.
Richard was preceded in death by a child, Robin F. Tyre.
Funeral services were held 2:00 pm Saturday, October 7, 2017 in the Chapel of Bright Funeral Home, Wake Forest. Rev. Mark Harrison officiated. Burial followed at Pine Forest Memorial Garden.
Surviving are; his children, Richard “Richie” D. Cheshire. Jr., Becky L. Suthers and husband, Jimmy, Wanda C. Mason and husband, Stuart; grandchildren, Tiffany Evans, Ashley Tyre Kinlow and husband, Kendal, Shauna Tyre Ellis and husband, Chad, Brittany Duff, Colby Hardman, Kiefer Hardman, S.L. Mason IV; great-grandchildren, Tristan Tyre and Jaidyn Ellis.
The family would like to thank all the supportive staff at Hillside Nursing Home for taking such great care of “Mr. Richard”.
