Robert Franklin Woodard

Robert Franklin Woodard, 75, of Wake Forest went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday afternoon April 27, 2022 at his residence with his loving family by his side.

He was born in Wilson County son of the late Hatti Glover Woodard and Troy Melton Woodard.

A private funeral service will be held at a later date in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Brier Creek Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Woodard is survived by his wife, Eleanor Blackley Woodard; daughters, Robbin Woodard Wall and husband Ralph, Tonya Woodard Faulkner and husband Steve; 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Durham VA Hospice 508 Fulton Street Durham, NC 27705.
