Vivian Ann Wiggs, 75, died Saturday, April 22, 2017. Vivian was born on July 16, 1941 in Durham, to the late George and Maybelle Haney Hall. She worked as a sales clerk for Belk Department Store, enjoyed watching birds, working on puzzles, painting and woodworking.
Surviving are: her husband, Charles Wiggs of 32 years, two sons, Steve Fowler and wife, Kellie Fowler of Raleigh; Larry Fowler of Lillington; a daughter, Ronda Burnette and husband, Lynn Burnette of Wake Forest; grandchildren, Brandy and husband, Jerry Lawson of Clayton, Travis Fowler of Lillington, Austin Burnette of Wake Forest, , Matthew Fowler of Cary, Wesley Fowler of Raleigh, and Mikayla Fowler of Raleigh.
