William Nicholas Ginocchio

William Nicholas Ginocchio, age 88, passed away at Hillside Nursing and Rehab on September 28, 2017.
Bill was born to Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ginocchio of New York City on December 1, 1928.
Beloved husband of 65 years to Jean Ginocchio, Bill and Jean shared many wonderful memories from their life together in New York (NY), Northvale (NJ), and Wake Forest (NC).
A terrific father to William Frank Ginocchio and wife Pamela of Raleigh, Robert Ginocchio and wife Joy of Raleigh, and Michael Ginocchio and wife Maryanne of Pikeville.
Bill will also be remember as a playful grandfather to his six grandchildren: Brian Lattner, Jessica Ginocchio, Lauren Ginocchio, Nathan Jones, Evan Jones and Alissa Ginocchio.
Bill was very proud to be a US Army veteran and a long time New York City employee. Those who know him will remember his love of old movies, diner breakfasts, garage sale bargains and good jokes.

The family would like to thank Hillside Nursing and Rehab of Wake Forest and Falls River Court Memory Care Unit in Raleigh for the compassionate care they provided to Bill during the last years of his life.
Bill’s family recieved friends and family on Tuesday, October 3, from 6-8pm at Bright Funeral Home, 405 S Main Street, Wake Forest, NC.
