Albert Lee Jeans

Albert Lee Jeans 81 of Louisburg passed away Wednesday January 20, 2021 at his residence following an extended illness.  He was born February 20, 1939 in Franklin County to the late Luther Edward and Hattie Jones Jeans.  Albert was a tobacco farmer that enjoyed sitting on the porch with his dog, farming, going to Youngsville every morning to read the paper, and being with his family.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his companion Alice Wood, one daughter Teresa Werkheiser,  two brothers W.C. and James Jeans.

Those left to cherish his memory include 4 sons, James and Ronnie Wood of Louisburg, and Bobby and Robert Jeans, three daughters, Barbara Carter and husband Mike of Wake Forest, Paula Jeans, and Patty Jeans Perry, seven grandchildren, Jennifer and Tiffany Wood, Joclyn and Tara Werkheiser, Kevin and Carrie Carter, and Tyler Alford, eight great- grandchildren, one sister, Maxine Jeans Singleton of Zebulon.

A Memorial Graveside Service will be conducted at a later date.
