In her own home and in her own room with her family in attendance, Anita Ann De Lois of Youngsville passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2019. She was 62 years old. She was born in Dover, NJ., the daughter of Eleanor Loretta Hasse De Lois and Joseph Anthony De Lois. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Anna C. Geils Haase and John Fredrick Hasse.
Anita was a graduate of West Morris Mt. Olive High School. She attended County College of Morris. She had been an Administrative Assistant for United Cerebral Palsy. She was a charter member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 187 in Wake Forest.
Anita enjoyed many hobbies which included crocheting and knitting. Many new babies were the recipients of her handiwork.
Anita is survived by her mother and father; Eleanor De Lois and Joseph De Lois of Youngsville, NC., a sister; Lorraine De Lois also of Youngsville, a brother; John Joseph De Lois of Budd Lake, NJ., a sister; Mary Josephine De Lois of New Gretna, NJ., and a nephew; Jonathan W.A. De Lois of Sparta, NJ.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, October 9th from 6-8 at Bright Funeral Home in Wake Forest, NC. Burial will be on Saturday, October 12th at 11:00 at Somerset Hills Memorial Park, Mt. Airy Road, Basking Ridge, NJ.
