Ann Butcher

Ann Butcher, 75, passed away on Thursday July 8, 2021 at Duke University Hospital in Durham. She was born in Glasgow, Scotland, the daughter of the late Caroline Martin and William Hamilton.  Ann loved her family, her church and her friends.

A memorial service officiated by Rev. Rebekah Maul will be held at 3 o’clock Tuesday afternoon July 20, 2021 at Wake Forest Presbyterian Church, Wake Forest, NC.

Ann was predeceased by her husband Emory Butcher who passed away on April 10, 2021. She is survived by her sons and daughter in law James Butcher, John and Marie Butcher; Brother and sister in law Robert and Joanna Hamilton; Sister in law Esther Schuk; 2 grandchildren Jessica and Michael Butcher.
