Annie Cooke Rogers

Annie Cooke Rogers, 94, passed away peacefully January 16, 2021 at Brookdale Senior Living Facility in Wake Forest.  She was born August 2, 1926 in Franklin County to the late Ike and Oma Watkins Cooke.  Annie was a member of Flat Rock Baptist Church and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Howard Rogers, her daughter Phyllis Richardson, her sister Myrtle Holmes, her brothers Maylon DeVan, William, ID, Wesley, Elton, and Garland Cooke.  Survivors include her son Terry Rogers and wife Angela of Raleigh, her brother Joseph Cooke and wife JoAnn of Elkin, NC , four grandchildren, Tracy Dillard and husband Patrick, Terry Lee Hall, Taylor Rogers, and Ashton Rogers, great-grandchildern, Paige Reed and husband Patrick, PJ and Trey Dillard, Great-grandchildren Abby, Noah, and Jonah.

Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 PM Tuesday January 19, 2021 at Flat Rock Baptist Church Cemetery by Pastor Gary McNair.
