Bessie M. Williams

Bessie Williams, 77, passed away at her home on Saturday, November 23, 2019. She was born September 11, 1942 in Hampden, Maine a daughter of the late Eric and Rachel (Homer) McLean.

Bessie was an avid runner and enjoyed playing tennis. Her favorite time was spent doing anything that involved her grandchildren.

Bessie is survived by her children: Erika Frutiger, of Wake Forest, and Glen Williams of Wake Forest; grandchildren: Zachary Williams, of Clayton, Morgan Frutiger, of Cary, Jacob Williams, of Cary, Jesse Frutiger, and wife Lily, of Cave Creek, AZ,  Perry Frutiger, of Zebulon, Marlayna Frutiger, of Wake Forest, and Macy Frutiger, of Cave Creek, AZ; siblings: Mary MacCarter of Chillicothe, Ohio, Eric McLean and wife Cheryl of Wausaukee, Wisconsin and Irene Eary, of Elkhart, Indiana.  

A memorial service will be held at a later time. A service of Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Service 405 S. Main St. Wake Forest, NC 27591.
