Betsy was a very unselfish and giving person. God was her first love. She served him faithfully her entire life. Betsy’s second love was Bob Rogers. The love between them was strong and everlasting. Together they raised five beautiful children who gave her six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Betsy also had a love from animals, from parakeets to horses, dogs to cats, even a peacock or two. After Bob passed away she invited a seminary couple to live with her for over a year. She also welcomed her brother into her home to live with her for over four years. Betsy always made room in her heart and home for everyone and everybody; making sure she always had a place for anyone who needed help.
