Jean Grniet, 73, of Wake Forest, passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 1, 2020, with her family by her side. She was born April 11, 1946 in Wake County a daughter of late Bill and Blanche Bailey. Jean was predeceased by a daughter Tammie Fuller and a nephew Norwood Snyder.
Jean loved quilting, fishing and dogs. She would lend a helping hand to anyone she could help.
Jean is survived by her husband, Mike Grniet; her daughter, Aimee Monto and her husband, Ramon; grandchildren: Bill and Brenna Fuller, and Alyssa and Wyatt Monto; and her sister, Alma Snyder and her husband, Francis.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, January 5, 2020 in the Chapel of Bright Funeral Home, Wake Forest. Interment will follow at Woodland Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive one hour prior to the funeral, from 1-2 pm, Sunday.
