Billy McCloud

Billy McCloud, 74, died Monday, September 16, 2019. He was born March 16, 1945 to the late Helen & Linwood McCloud.

Billy retired in 1999 after many years as a residential contractor. He was a very active member and Deacon at Wake Union Baptist Church and had his music ministry at The Lodge in Wake Forest for many years.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Wake Union Baptist Church, 13345 Wake Union Church Rd, Wake Forest, Rev. Mark Harrison will officiate. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Youngsville.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, six siblings and his first wife Jackie McCloud.

Surviving are; his wife, Deborah McCloud of Youngsville; a son, William Anthony McCloud of Virginia; a step-daughter, Jennifer Holden and husband, Mack of Franklinton; two step-granddaughters, Elaina and Rhemi of Franklinton; three sisters, Evelyn Bottoms of Virginia, Hazel Mill way and husband, John of Virginia and Ann Proffit of Indiana.

The family will be present 10:00-11:00 am (one hour prior to services) Thursday, September 19, 2019 at the church.
