Catherine Mary (Roth) Tufo

Catherine Tufo(née Roth) passed away on November 1,2021 after an 8 ½ year courageous battle with ovarian cancer.  She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years Nicholas Tufo and her two loving children Heather and Jonathan and her grand puppy Noelle.  She is also survived by her sister Suzanne Caba and her brothers William, Thomas, John and James Roth.  Another brother Gary predeceased her in 2016. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.  As well as many many loving friends.

Cathy was born November 18,1957 in Bronxville, NY to the late John Roth and Patricia Darling.  She worked as a cosmetologist for Clinique Cosmetics in Macy’s until 2013.  One year ago she moved into her dream house in North Carolina and she decorated the house to look festive for the holidays the way she liked it.  She enjoyed crocheting, reading, getting her nails done and shopping with her daughter.  She also enjoyed watching the Hallmark Channel which was mostly Christmas Movies and also the Food Network.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 2, at the Bright Funeral Home from 6-9 PM. A Catholic Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday in the Bright Funeral Home Chapel at 10 AM.
