Chester "Chet" Raybon, III

Chester “Chet” Raybon, III, 67, of Zebulon passed away on Tuesday afternoon, July 26, 2022 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.

He was born in Janesville, WI a son of Sylvia Gurley Raybon and Chester “C.M.” Raybon, Jr. He is preceded in death by his father, C.M. Raybon, Jr. a sister, Keisa Raybon Phillips and a brother, Danny “Elvis” Raybon.

A funeral service will be held at 11 o’clock Saturday morning, July 30, 2022 at the New Life Church 6900 Zebulon Road Wake Forest, NC with the Rev. Ron Brisson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery at 7417 Pulley Town Road Wake Forest, NC.

Chet is survived by his wife, Chris Raybon his step-sons, Jason N. Kiley and wife Linda and Michael P. Kiley his mother, Sylvia Gurley Raybon a sister, Kendra Raybon and a brother, Maurice “Mo’ Raybon his 3 grandchildren, Mark, Kobe and Cassi Kiley his nieces, Gennie F. Raybon and Mary H. Raybon.

 Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 – 11:00 prior to the service at the church.
