Clarence S. “Bo” Barnes III, 69, died Sunday, February 25, 2018. Bo was born in Wake Forest to the late Clarence S. “Hap” Barnes Jr., and Marie Johnson Barnes.
Bo worked for 37 years as a employment counselor with the State of North Carolina Employment Security Commission.
A graveside service will be held at 5:00 pm Tuesday, February 27, 2018 in the Wake Forest Town Cemetery.
Surviving are: his children, Eric Duane Barnes (Brooke) of Greer, SC, Joshua Paul Barnes of Wake Forest and Katie Lee Barnes of Raleigh; two sisters, Kathy Barnes Willis (Buddy) of Wake Forest and Anne Barnes Farmer (Randy) of Wake Forest; close family friend, John Everette Jones.
The family requests casual attire for Bo’s service. Please join the family following the service at Kathy and Buddy Willis’s home, 162 Carroll St., Wake Forest.
