I looked forward so many mornings to sitting with Curtis in our "no digital device" corner at Wake Forest Coffee Company. We always were kidding each other about our character deficiencies. Not sure who had the most but Curtis was so kind, so funny and made my day to start it sitting with him. I'm lonely there now because he's gone and will miss him dearly.

Please accept our most sincerest condolences. Our prayers are with you and your family. May God grant your family strength an serenity through this difficult moment your family is enduring. God has promised us that we will soon be reunited with our loved one. "There is going to be a resurrection," the Bible confirms at Acts 24:15. "Do not be amazed at this, "Jesus assures as, "for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out"-John 5:28,29

Curtis loved his wife and family. He also showed his love giving kids golfballs, cow tails, popcorn and telling stories. We will miss him at Page 158 because of all the help he gave us when we opened our shop. He checked on us to make sure we had lunch. Made sure unsavory characters didn't stop by. Delivered the mail where it was suppose to go. He was the Wal-Mart greeter but better of Wake Forest. We all loved him in our own way. Hope you find plenty of places to wander Curtis.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Curtis when I worked at Food Lion. Curtis always had a smile and had something to chat about. If he was walking around town and we would see him, Curtis always smiled and waved. My heart is sad to hear of his passing. I will always remember him fondly. My thoughts are with his family.
