David Charles Shannon

David Charles Shannon, 82, of Youngsville passed away unexpectedly Friday, August 5, 2022.  He was born March 31, 1940 in Manistee, Michigan to the late Carl and Charlotte Shannon.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Wake Forest Baptist Church.  

Mr. Shannon was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from Sprint.

He is survived by his wife, Diane Shannon, two sons, James Shannon and wife Carrie and Ross Shannon and wife Cyndi, nine grandchildren, Baylee, Dillon, Cassidy, Ember, Colton, Dalton, Issac, Matthew and Sarah and three brothers, John Shannon, Paul Shannon and Chris Shannon.
