Eva Jones Pleasants

Eva Jones Pleasants of Wake Forest, passed away on Tuesday January 26, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Wake County the daughter of the late Ruby Inscore Jones and Jessie Jones. She was preceded in death by four sisters; Gladys Jones, Lenora Mangum, Elma O’Neal and Linda Hunter. She was a charter member of the New Light Church of God.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 2 o’clock Friday afternoon January 29, 2021 in the Pine Forest Memorial Gardens with Pastor Robin Taylor officiating.

Mrs. Pleasants is survived by her husband the love of her life; Jimmy Pleasants a daughter; Ann Ray (Donald), grandchildren; David Marshall (Amy), Kathy Averett (Steve) and Gerald Ray, great grandchildren; Davey Marshall, Erin Marshall, Brittany Avberett, Brandon Averett, Alexis Ray and Jason Ray, sister; Janie Dasilva and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
