for around these past 15 years since I met flora she was called mom by me
we would hang out together and with tom and donna.
she was my second mom
when my mother peggy met her she became mom to her also
we would say we were going somewhere with tom donna and mom
I wish I had a picture of the time we were leaving a july 4th event and my mother and my mom were walking hand in hand out to the car
so special she was even called mom by my mother
no other name would do
and now to think that Jesus called her by her name flora
to tell her it was time to come home
Jesus said my sheep will know me when I call their name
if you have not given your heart to Jesus yet please do so and one day you will have the forever pleasure of Jesus calling you by your name and living with Him in heaven where mom is

Sending my condolences to all. I met your mother on a few occasions in her later years and was impressed by her vitality and strength. I will never forget the image of her tossing bean bags with my own mother, poolside in Don and Carla's old backyard, just a few years ago. Remember those good times as you work through this difficult loss.
