Genevieve Therese Sasinowski, 71, died at Rex Healthcare, Tuesday, September 19, 2017. She was born June 27, 1946 to the late Samuel and Genevieve Mouton Small. Genevieve lived most of her life in Philadelphia, PA, before moving to Austin, TX, Lansdale, PA, before settling in Wake Forest in 1999. She was a communicant of St. Catherine’s RC Church. Genevieve was an avid gardener and, traveler. She adored her grandchildren, Jake & Leah. Ivy Rose was also her best buddy.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am, Monday, September 25, 2017, at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church, 600 Holding Ave., Wake Forest.
Surviving are; her husband, of 48 years, Stanley J. Sasinowski, Jr.; a daughter and son-in-law, Claudine and Scott Phetteplace of Wake Forest; a son, Stanley J. Sasinowski III of Collegeville, PA; two grandchildren, Jake and Leah Phetteplace of Wake Forest.
