Jimmy Broadwell

James “Jimmy” Luther Broadwell, 77, died peacefully September 14, 2019 in Raleigh, N.C. Jimmy was born on November 13, 1941 to James and Nena Broadwell of Clayton, NC. He was an extremely hard worker, enjoyed simple pleasures in life and loved his horses and showing them on the weekends. 

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Sherie; his sisters, Peggy Gower & Nola Mae Gilmore; his sons, Jamie Broadwell (wife Kelly) and Mike Otwell; and 5 grandchildren. 

Visitation will be Thursday, September 19 from 6-8pm at Bright Funeral Home, 405 S Main Street in Wake Forest. A graveside service will be Friday, September 20 at 2pm at Pine Forest Memorial Gardens, 770 Stadium Dr in Wake Forest.
