Carol we are so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. What a talented, smart, gentleman he was. Having known Jim from kindergarten on and growing up in Fulton with Jim, we were always impressed with how wise beyond his years he was. We enjoyed visiting with him on a couple of his trips back to Missouri. We will hold you in our thoughts and hope you and your family find comfort in knowing that Jim was respected and admired by many..

Carol, I was so sorry to read of Jim's passing. I have so many fond memories of Jim and you as we grew up in Fulton. He was a wonderful friend and so witty and intelligent. The short movie was a beautiful tribute and also brought back memories as well as a snap shot of the wonderful like you had together. My thoughts and prayers are with you. George

Dear Carol & family,

We are shocked, speechless and heartbroken to hear that Jim has passed away. He was a great colleague, mentor and most importantly a true friend. He was someone who always put others first, and took care of his team. It has been an honor and privilege to have known Jim.

Dear Carol, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers in these difficult times.

We have a saying in Holland ..... "out of sight but not out of the heart". God bless you Jim and may you rest in peace my friend.

Warmest regards,

Corry & Maurice Wildeman

Thank you Cory and Maurice for you heartfelt words. We hoped and prayed for a long time that he was going to beat Leukemia. We miss him so much. Jim fought a brave fight with this disease . It did not deter him from doing things his way. His last few days he was more worried about all of us instead of himself. He gave to the end. We are lucky in that we had weeks to say our goodbyes and talk about the life we had an what an adventure is was. Love and hugs , Carol

Carol, I am so sorry to learn of Jim's passing. He obviously left a tremendous legacy of career and family. I haven't seen either of you since you left Fulton but have kept up with you through Sharon and Larry and. My brother, Mike, remembers fondly the Thanksgiving dinner you shared with them while they were in North Carolina. Please accept my deepest sympathy for you and all of your family and know you are in my thoughts and prayers now and in the difficult days to come. Sincerely, Rosemary

Jim and I worked together at IBM for several years. I had the pleasure of working for him and consider him one of the select few managers I have had over my career that I wanted to model myself after. Jim was a kind and sincere man who cared about people and loved his family. He had a dry wit that made everyone love to be around him. I am blessed to have known Jim and consider him my friend. You will be missed Jim...love ya man.
