James "Ted" Daniel

James “Ted” Daniel, 91, of Wake Forest passed away on Tuesday morning, November 15, 2022 at his residence. He was born in Wake County a son of the late Mabel Williams Daniel and Needham B. Daniel, Sr.

Mr. Daniel was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was an ordained deacon Union Chapel Baptist Church.

A funeral service will be held at 2 o’clock Friday afternoon, November 18, 2022 in the Union Chapel Baptist Church in Zebulon.  Burial will follow in the Rolesville Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Daniel is survived by his wife; Joanne Thornton Daniel, sons; Tim Daniel and wife Pam, Jimmy Daniel and wife Karen, a daughter, Jo Al-Sharawneh, grandchildren; Kevin Daniel, Brandi May, Hanan Al-Sharawneh and Jebril Al-Sharawneh, four great grandchildren, a sister; Peggy Cooke.

Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 – 2:00 prior to the service at the church.
