Jeffrey "Jeff" Lee Cook

Jeffery “Jeff” Cook, 68, of Wake Forest passed away on Thursday evening, May 18, 2023 at his residence. He was born in Iredell County son of the late Julia Helen Kennedy Cook and William Boyd Cook.

Jeff loved his family and friends. He liked sharing the love of Christ to others, going to the beach and going to the mountains. He was a prayer warrior even in his illness and would follow up for updates on others as well as send cards to them.

A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 5 o’clock Wednesday May 24, 2023 at Crossroads Fellowship Church, 13029 Keith Store Road, Wake Forest, NC.

Jeff is survived by his wife; Belinda Joy Cook, cousins; David Kennedy, Wayne and Joy Allgood and Jane Carson French, his mother-in-law; Linda Combs, a sister-in-law Suzette Haynie and her husband Will, nephew; Eric Byrd and his wife Natalie and a niece; Rachel Byrd.

Friends may visit with the family from 4 to 5 PM prior to the service at the church.
