Jerilynn Stiles, 75, of Youngsville, passed away January 29, 2020. She was born in Beckley, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Theodore L. Stover and Lucille (Ballangee) Stover. Jerilynn was predeceased by her husband of 41 years, Max Carr Stiles and her son-in-law, John Gwynn.
Jerilynn was an educator and librarian in Prince William County Schools for many years until retirement and moving to North Carolina to be closer to Melissa and her grandchildren. Jerilynn was an active member of the community including volunteering at the Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen every Monday. She also enjoyed Aqua Fit classes with friends at the Y, Tai Chi and gardening.
Jerliynn is survived by her daughters: Melissa Biallas, and her husband, David of Franklinton, and Amorette Gwynn of Chantilly, VA; grandchildren: Lydia Biallas, Paige Biallas, both of Franklinton, Rob Gwynn of Arlington, VA and Liv Gwynn of Chantilly, VA.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Franklinton United Methodist Church, 109 N Main St, Franklinton, NC 27525.
