Joan Harrison

Joan Williams Harrison, 77, of Wake Forest, died Wednesday, August 22, 2018. She was born September 11, 1940 in Wake County to the late Woodrow and Virginia Williams.
Joan was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Lamar Harrison.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, August 25, 2018, at Stony Hill Baptist Church, 7521 Stony Hill Rd, Wake Forest. Rev. Jeff Mayfield will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving are: her husband, of 58 years, Curtis Harrison; two sons, Gary Harrison and wife, Amy, and Mark Harrison and wife, Diane; grandsons, Travis, Todd and wife, Heather, and Grant; great-grandchildren, Tyler and Hudson; a brother, Eugene Williams and wife, Jean also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Baptist Children’s Home of NC, PO Box 338, Thomasville, NC 27360.
