John Henry (Jut) Allen

John Henry “Jut” Allen, 77, died at his home on Tuesday, May 29, 2018. He was born June 16, 1940 to the late Wesley and Lethia Allen. Jut was in the tree cutting and trimming business his entire career.

Beside his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Steven Wade Allen in 1996.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Friday, June 1, 2018, in the Chapel of Bright Funeral Home, Wake Forest. Burial will follow in Pine Forest Memorial Garden, Wake Forest.

He is survived by; Amelia P. Allen of Wake Forest; four sons, Wesley A and Amy Allen of Franklinton, Johnny W. and Starr Allen of Creedmoor, Michael A. Allen of Youngsville, John H., Jr. and Kim Allen of Wake Forest; a daughter, Lisa M. Allen of Wake Forest.

Visitation for Jut will be held 6:00-8:00 pm Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 405 S. Main St, Wake Forest, (919) 556-5811or at other times at the home of John and Kim Allen, 4554 NC 98 Highway, Youngsville.
