John D. Kornegay

John Douglas Kornegay, 73, passed away Thursday August 2, 2018 in the care of his beloved wife, Uwhana May Kornegay.

He was preceded in death by his father, Evangelist James Wallace Kornegay Senior and his mother, Verlie L. Kornegay.

He is survived by his wife, Uwhana; brother, James Wallace Kornegay II;  children, Roy Snow, Marcy Wright and husband, Ron, Joanna McKinney and husband, Charles, Jeremiah Kornegay, Jason Kornegay, Sarah Erwin, Mary Endicott; grandchildren, Stephen Snow, Casey Bobbitt, Naomi Jordan, Rebekah McKinney, Elisabeth McKinney, Caleb McKinney, and great-granddaughter, Ellie Jordan.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 6, 2018 at Stonewall Farm, 1408 Sid Mitchell Rd, Youngsville.
