My sincere condolences to Joes wife and family. I,m Delora Land daughter of Cecil and Elsie Land, friend of Hope and Norman. I spent a lot of time with them growing up. I remember Joe and Frances living with Hope and Norman in the early fifties. C. D, and Normae lived down the road from us. James and I went to school together and graduated in 1965. Please e-mail me and let me know you got the message.

My sincere condolences for the family. I grew up in Wake Forest, spending a lot of time with Norman (Ace) and Hope Jones. I remember Joe and Frances living with Hope and Norman.in the early 50,s. I also grew up with James and graduated with him. C. D. and Normae lived just down the road from us at the time. Charles was a good friend of my brother, Willie. I will be praying for the family . Please e-mail me to let me know you got this message. My Mom and Dad were Cecil and Elsie Land.

Diane and Bill and family,

You all have been such a blessing to daddy (Harold), since Mama's death, especially Uncle Joe. They supported each other through Lillian's and France's deaths, too. Such a loss for you now. I am so sorry. Of course, they were best friends. Daddy tells us much of their youth when they were in the band, or when they were children having so much fun. We will miss him so much and will continue to keep your family in our prayers. God bless your family during this sad time.

Our deepest sympathy,
Deb & Stan Jones

Dear Family of Luequency Taylor,

I am writing to express my sincere sympathy for the loss of your loved one.
You can be assured that comfort and hope are found in the pages of the Bible.
The bible book of Revelations 21:4 speaks of this hope for the future, for all who deal with grief :
And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes,
and death will be no more,
neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.
The former things have passed away.”
I hope these promises from GOD will bring a measure of comfort. May fond memories warm your hearts.
