Kathleen Bee King

Kathleen Bee King, 87, of Franklinton passed away on Monday December 20, 2021 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. She was born in Wake County daughter of the late Benny and Daisy P. Perry. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Jack King; daughter, Commie Wilkes; sisters, Pauline P. Perry, Irene P. Medlin and Edith M. Dickerson; a brother, Bennie Gray Perry.

A funeral service will be held at 2 o’clock Wednesday afternoon December 22, 2021 in the Franklinton Baptist Church with the Rev. David Averette and Rev. Rick Hammond officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.

Mrs. King is survived by her daughters, Betty King of Youngsville, Jackie Donovan and husband Patrick of Youngsville; grandchildren, Jason King and wife Tatjana, Brandon Frazier, Jordan Piper and wife Tatiana, Kandi Wilson and husband Brandon, Lyndsey Morisey and husband Kenan, great grandchildren, Aiden, Dillon, Eli, Lili, Emerson, Madeline and Katia.

Friends may visit with the family from 12:30 PM – 1:45 PM at Franklinton Baptist Church 102 West Mason Street prior to the service.
