Kay Cooke Carr

Kay Cooke Carr, 81, of Youngsville, passed away Thursday, August 16, 2018 in Raleigh following a lengthy illness at her home. She was born in Durham County, a daughter of the late Fred and Vera (Hagwood) Cooke.

Kay is preceded in death by her son Charles Christopher Carr and survived by her husband of 64 years, Charles Murray Carr; her children: Ricka Kreider and her husband Gary, Charles Michael Carr and his wife Jackie; three grandchildren: Matthew James Kreider and his wife Katie, Sarah Ashton Kreider, and Michael Christopher Carr; and two great grandchildren: Kaleb and Luka Kreider.

The funeral service was private and no flowers or donations are requested.
