Larry Wayne Bridges, 72, died on Wednesday January 1, 2020 at Duke Raleigh Hospital. He was born in Durham County the son of the late Hazel Jacobs Bridges and Lawrence Claude Bridges.

Larry was a very loving husband that enjoyed being around all of his family. He was a carpenter by trade. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. The great outdoors is where he enjoyed being most. He always had some type of birds that he was raising from Parrots, to Chickens, to Pigeons and Quail. Pretty sure the highlights were winning Blue Ribbons at the State Fair for his Chickens, but all and all his plants and flowers in his yard were his passion as well.

He was a husband, a brother, an uncle, a father, a grandfather, a great grandfather and he was a great friend. He will be truly missed by one and all.
