Leroy Pearce

Leroy Pearce, 90, of Wake Forest passed away on Saturday morning June 20, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Wake County the son of the late Lizzie Jackson Pearce and Oscar Clyde Pearce. He was a retired farmer and was a member of Hopkins Chapel Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife Edna Earle Pearce; sons, Mike Pearce and Robert Rogers; sisters, Ruthie Perry, Lois Bailey, Betty Rogers and Alice Faye Rice; brothers; Oscar Pearce, Arthur Pearce, Richard Pearce, James Pearce, Charles Jackson and Oris Pearce.

A funeral service will be held at 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon June 23, 2020 in the Chapel of Bright Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Rolesville Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Pearce is survived by his daughter; Linda Rogers Jones and husband Mike several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Friends may visit with the family 1 hour prior to the service at Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Wake Forest, NC
