Linda Bailey Lairson

Linda Bailey Lairson, 74, passed away on Sunday Morning January 3, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Wake County the daughter of the late Mabel Pleasants Bailey and Melvin O. Bailey.

Linda was retired from Nortel in Raleigh. She enjoyed friends, always wanting to be with a crowd and loved to dance to beach music She will be missed in the shag community.

She was also known for the Love of family especially her son and grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 2 o’clock Wednesday afternoon January 6, 2021 in the Chapel of Bright Funeral Home with Pastor Ronnie Snead officiating. Burial will follow in the Stony Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Linda is survived by her son; Dean Lairson (Heather) of Wendell, her grandchildren; Jordan D. Lairson (Katie), Jessica N. Lairson (John) and Caraline Laffler, a great granddaughter; Alexa Mann.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Stony Hill Baptist Church Building Fund 7521 Stony Hill Road Wake Forest, NC 27587 or to the Beulah Christian Baptist Church Building Fund 8225 Mitchell Mill Road Zebulon, NC 27597.

Friends may visit with the family from 1-2 PM prior to the service at Bright Funeral Home 405 South Main Street Wake Forest, NC 27587.
