Lula Smith Hansen

Lula Smith Hansen, 76, of Raleigh passed away Monday, May 2, 2022.  She was born December 30, 1945 in Bladen County, NC to the late David Smith and Rossie Pate Smith. Two brothers, Ronald Smith and Franklin Smith also preceded her in death.

A graveside service will be held Monday, May 9, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. in Pine Forest Memorial Gardens in Wake Forest with Rev. Alan Mitchell officiating.  The family will receive friends at the cemetery immediately following the service.

She is survived by her husband, Edward Hansen of Raleigh, NC, daughters, Karen Hunsinger (Craig) of Raleigh, Erin Hansen of Raleigh and Shannon Hansen-Gonzalez (Francisco) of Wilson, siblings, Leslie Smith (Linda) of Garland, NC, Julia Hansen of Clinton, NC, Richard Smith (Patricia) of Garland, NC, Gaynelle Bryant of Garland, NC and Lynn Smith (Susan).
