Margaret E. Keith

Margaret E. Keith joined her Heavenly Father December 4th, 2022 at the age of 95. She was born in Wake County on January 21st, 1927. Margaret was raised in Knightdale where she went on to earn her high school diploma from Knightdale High School. She worked at Westinghouse until 1962 and later became co-owner of Wesley Keith Grocery at Walker's Crossroads

Margaret was the oldest of 8 children. She loved spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, crafting and sewing. Margaret enjoyed working on the farm with her husband, and was known by everyone for her incredible memory and detailed story telling. She was a wonderful mother to 3 children, 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Keith, her sons Charles Keith and Earl Keith; granddaughter, Michelle Keith; her mother, Maggie Eddins; her father, Wilbert (Jack) Eddins, and by her brothers, Winkie, Howard, Ray and Marvin Eddins.

She is survived by her daughter, Gail Harris (James); her sisters, Joyce Watkins and Faye Tyson; her brother, Wilbert Eddins; grandchildren, Michael Keith (Priscilla), Brandon Harris (Lindsey), Ronald Harris (Kaitlynn), Amanda Harris (Cody), and Jason Bentley; great-grandchildren, Jonathan Keith and Blane Keith (Micheal), Stephen Horton and Christopher Horton (Michelle), Kaylyn Harris and Thomas Harris, Malcolm St. Clair (Brandon), Carter Harris and Rosalie Harris (Ronald), Harper Delcorvo and Cohen Delcorvo (Amanda).

A graveside funeral service was held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, December 7, 2022 at the Rolesville Baptist Church Cemetery.
