Matthew Jordan Hoots, 23, of Franklinton passed away on February 13, 2019. He was born August 10, 1995 in Raleigh the son of Heather Hoots Hurlburt.
Matthew went to Heritage Elementary and Middle school. He graduated from Wake Forest High School.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Matthew was very laid back and never met a stranger.
Matthew was predeceased by his great-grandfather Hubert Brim and great-grandmother Betty McDaniel.
He is survived by his mother Heather Hurlburt and her fiancé, Ryan Moran, his sister Kinly Hurlburt, and his grandparents: Bill and Darlene Ayscue and Benny and Bonnie Hoots.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday February 21, 2019 in the Chapel of Bright Funeral 405 S. Main St. Wake Forest, NC 27587. (919)556-5811
