Maxine Elizabeth Alford

Max was a proud Canadian through and through. She worked at Wake Med for 27 years where she made many many life long friends. To know her was to love her. She was a vivacious, beautiful, bigger than life Mother, Nana, friend to all.

Maxine was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Albert, and sisters Claudette (Claudie) and Diane.

Maxine is survived by her husband Vernon (Vernie), her son Patrick Musseau (Laura), her daughters Kristi Andrews (Robert), and Amanda Culp (Matt). Sisters : Lynn Goldenberg and Karen Lindsay. Maxine had a huge extended family often referred to as the "Family Forest" and loved all of them. Maxine's grandchildren were her pride and joy: Katie, Ashley, Katharine (Dolly) Owen (Heart 1), Chelsea, Hannah (Heart 2), Julian and great grands Jordan, Gabby, and Barker. Second to her grandchildren, Max loved her dogs and grand puppers: George and Gracie (RIP), Jazzy (girl girl), and her grandpuppers Queso (Cujo), Cletus (litto boy litto boy), and nephew pupper Koda.
