Nicholas Wayne Sciarabba

Nicholas Wayne Sciarabba, 60, of Wake Forest passed away on Monday morning, June 27, 2022 at his residence. He was born in Washington, DC a son of Vincent Sciarabba and the late Sylvia McGuire Sciarabba. He grew up in Swansboro, NC and spent a lot of time on the beaches of the NC coast.

Mr. Sciarabba was a Carpenter by trade. He started carpentry work at the young age of 16. He grew to learn and master every aspect of the trade. He was a perfectionist and still an artist, always completing a masterpiece. Nicholas met the love of his life at 19 years old and they spent 41 beautiful years together. He loved the outdoors, the ocean, grilling, fishing, hunting, good times with friends, making memories with family and most of all loving on his grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2 o’clock on Friday July 1, 2022 in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home.

Mr. Sciarabba is survived by his wife, Dorothy Steele; his children, Brian Sciarabba and his partner Vickie, Brandon Sciarabba and his wife Melissa, Nicole Comstock and her husband Chris, Lauren Sciarabba; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Vincent, Riley, Nolan, Nicholas, Sawyer and Colton.

Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM prior to the service at Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 405 South Main Street Wake Forest, NC 27587.
