Paula Sue Chikos

Paula Sue Chikos, 70, of Wake Forest passed away on Saturday March 27, 2021 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. She was born in Gary, Indiana the daughter of the late Margaret Rusnak Chikos and Joseph Chikos.

Paula loved her friends and family dearly. She was a proud daughter, sister, and aunt. She was deeply loyal to those closest to her, and she considered even her neighbors and Walmart coworkers as part of her family.

She liked summertime at the pool, reading, adored her friends and family back home in Indiana, loved her church, her vegetable garden and flowers. She always appreciated the simple things in life.

Paula had a big heart and was selfless, she hated to ever ask for help for herself but was the first one to offer it to others. She was carefree, spiritual, loyal and a very hard worker.

A prayer will be said in her memory at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.

Due to COVID a summer memorial will be announced for family and friends at a later date.

She is survived by her sister; Brenda Gravely and her husband John, a nephew; Brett Bell, her 2 nieces; Caroline and Niki Bell, and her most beloved dog Charlie who was her pride and joy, adopted from Saving Grace.
