Phillip Woodlief passed away on August 5, 2019. He was born the son of the late Claude and Belle Mitchell Woodlief and was preceded in death by a brother; Bennie Woodlief.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday August 8, 2019 at Bright Funeral Home.
Phillip is survived by his step son; John C. Buchanan, Sr. and wife Sara of Raleigh, step grandchildren; Tara Buchanan, Brooke Buchanan, Phillip Buchanan and Olivia Buchanan, five step great grandchildren, sisters; Terry Horton and husband Terry of Wake Forest, Susan Brown of Bunn, a brother; Sammy Woodlief of Tacoma, WA.
