Rachel Perry Wolf, 65, of Sanford passed away on Tuesday May 14, 2019 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. She was born in Wake County the daughter of Lamuel Perry and the late Emogene Cash Perry.
Rachel is survived by her husband; Darrell West, her father; Lamuel Perry of Cary, a brother; Dexter Perry of Fuquay Varina, nephews; Dallas Perry and Gabriel Perry.
