Frances Steenburg Loftis

Frances Steenburg Loftis, 78, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday morning July 31, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Hampton, Va. the daughter of the late Beatrice Fern Mannon Steenburg and Alfred Freeman Steenburg. She was a member of Neuse Baptist Church.

A funeral service celebrating her life will be held at 1 o’clock Friday afternoon August 3, 2018 at Neuse Baptist Church.

Mrs. Loftis is survived by her husband; Thomas “Tommy” Loftis, her children; Thomas Allen Loftis, Jr and his wife Shirley Ann of Bullock, NC, Amos Ryland “Yogi” Loftis and his wife Linda of Youngsville, David “Chris” Loftis and his wife Jennifer of Youngsville, grandchildren; Madison Loftis, Kylie Loftis, Caitlin Pavese and Tyler Pavese.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Neuse Baptist Church Building Fund 4444 Louisbury Road Wake Forest, NC 27587.

Friends may visit with the family on Thursday evening August 2, 2018 from 6-8 at Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Wake Forest, NC.
