Ronald Edward Frye

Ronald Edward Frye, 72, of Raleigh passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at his home.  His father, Ralph E. Frye and mother, Helen Ruth Frye Nicole preceded him in death.

He was born in Hazelton, PA and graduated from Kearny High School in Kearny, NJ.  He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  He was a Marine Corps veteran and served in Vietnam.  He was Vice President of the Silver Lining Club at St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church.  He enjoyed baseball and football, he was a movie buff and he loved playing with his grandsons.

He is survived by two sons, Ronald E. Frye, II and Michael A. Frye, two grandsons, Ronald E. Frye, III and Derek A. Frye, his best friend, Mary Ann Cocuzza and a sister, Heather Laniewski.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 4:00 PM at Bright Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 4:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
