Sean Michael Loughran

Sean Michael Loughran, 42, of Youngsville passed away Friday, November 13, 2020.  He was born September 9, 1978 in Poughkeepsie, NY.  He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Loughran. Sean was a graduate of Wake Forest-Rolesville, HS and North Carolina State University.

Sean had an infectious smile and laugh that was simply contagious and was loved by many who were fortunate enough to call him their friend. Sean had a passion for everything in life and was invaluable to his supervisors, especially Jeremiah White of White’s Plumbing where Sean had worked for the last several years. In the past, he had worked for Nvidia, SanDisk and Modus Media where he began his career in Supply Chain and Logistics which continued until today.

Sean was an avid golfer and lover of the game He could be found on a course nearly every weekend.  He loved dogs, especially his beloved Kaya and walked his neighborhood 3-4 times a day with a sweet rescue named Dakota.  He was a huge NC State and NY Jets fan. 

The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 18, 2020 from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M. at Bright Funeral Home.  Please be respectful of yourself and others by observing social distancing and wearing facemasks.

Sean is survived by his mother, Sandra Loughran of Creedmoor, a brother, Raymond Loughran, Jr., of Los Angeles, sister, Erin Marie Loughran of Holly Springs, a nephew, Gehrig Loughran, of Davis, CA two nieces, Michaela Loughran of Greensboro and Ashton Jordon, of Chapel Hill, uncles Albert Fotino, of Ocala, FL, Mark Kris and Ed Taylor of  New York City, Robert Loughran of Brewster, NY, David Reed of Lowville, NY, and aunts Susan Fotino of Boca Raton, FL, Anastasia Reed of Lowville, NY, Mary Ellen Kris of New York City and many cousins.
