Susie Holden Williams
ROLESVILLE
Susie Holden Williams, 92, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday January 29, 2018. Mrs. Williams was born in 1925 in Franklin County the youngest daughter of the late Berry P. Holden and Willie Hicks Holden.
She retired from CCB Bank after 20 years of service where she worked in the Wake Forest and Rolesville Branches.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Fred J. Williams, Jr. and two sisters; Ola Jackson and Ida Holden and a brother; B.P. Holden, Jr.
A funeral service will be held at 2 o’clock Saturday afternoon February 3, 2018 in the Rolesville Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Randy Bridges and Rev. J. Marshall Neathery officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter; Elizabeth Williams Hamilton of Raleigh, sons; Fred J. “Jackie” Williams, III and wife Lynn of Knightdale, Robert H. Williams and wife Becky of Mass and Michael L. Williams and wife Cindy of Youngsville, adopted daughter; Suzanne James and husband Mike of Raleigh, grandchildren; Austin Wells Williams, Lindsey Holden Williams both of Knightdale, Sarah Elizabeth Williams of Youngsville and John Martin Williams of Mass, a great grandchild; Emma Elizabeth Helms of Youngsville.
The family would like to thank her loving and supportive caregivers over the past 11 months, Loretta James, Tammy Harris, Tammy Parrish, Joyce Cotton, Jennifer Jones, Tommie Watson, Dianne Pearce and Judy Prince. They would also like to thank Dr. Daryl Emery and Joy Emery for all of their care given to Susie.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Rolesville Baptist Church General Fund 203 East Young St. Rolesville, NC 27571.
Friends may visit with the family from 12:30 – 1:45 PM prior to the service in the Rolesville Baptist Church Family Life Center.
