Sylvia Marlene Edwards

Sylvia Marlene Edwards 63 of Louisburg, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022.  She was born July 6, 1958 in Franklin County, NC to John Coleman Edwards, and Sylvia Alford O’Neal.  Sylvia was registered in wildlife rescue, and helped save and release many wild animals back into nature.  She enjoyed her animals, crafts, manicuring nails, cosmetology, shopping, and being with her family and friends.

Sylvia was preceded in death by her father, John Coleman Edwards. Those left to cherish her memory include her companion, Jack Wrenn, III of the residence; her mother, Sylvia Alford O’Neal of Youngsville; two sisters, Tammy Lee Edwards of Youngsville, and Crystal Woodlief of Deep Gap, NC; her niece, Alexis Woodlief of Deep Gap, NC; three children she loved as her own, Jill Wall and husband Kenny, Thad Wrenn, and Jack Wrenn, IV, and five grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 PM Tuesday, February 15, 2022 in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home and Cremation Service with Pastor Chris Walker officiating.  Burial will follow in Woodland Baptist Church Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers.
